Aiming Higher with our Partners at Aimbridge Hospitality

We recently attended the 2023 Aimbridge Summit LIVE! in Las Vegas. It was a very busy and very productive two-day event produced and hosted by Aimbridge Hospitality. As one of their supplier partners, we work closely with this leading third-party management company to help service many of their more than 1,500 properties.

The Summit welcomed approximately 3,500 attendees, including Aimbridge personnel, hotel owners, industry leaders, and long-time partner companies like HSS. It was our pleasure to represent our company and it was gratifying to receive such positive feedback.

During one two-hour period, we had more than 100 visitors stop by our booth, including a large number of current and former Aimbridge customers who wanted to share their positive experiences with HSS over the past year.

The CEOs of Hilton, IHG Hotels & Resorts, and Marriott were also in attendance. They shared their insights on how they view workplace culture and its importance in delivering hospitality excellence.

“If we conduct ourselves right and work the way we should work, we get ourselves woven into the fabric of people’s lives,” Marriott President and CEO Tony Capuano said during a roundtable discussion. “We’re there for the most important moments of their lives — celebrations, important milestones in their careers — and we have an opportunity to have a positive influence on those important moments.”

Hilton President and CEO Chris Nassetta concurred.

“What I’m always looking for…is somebody who can build the right kind of culture that can get people in the property motivated and inspired. That can help employees take on difficult tasks, feel they’re part of something bigger than themselves, and feel pride in what they do.”
