HSS CEO Makes SIA’s Staffing 100

Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions, has unveiled its eighth annual list of North American staffing leaders, honoring 100 individuals whose influence and accomplishments are elevating the workforce solutions ecosystem and taking the industry forward. HSS is pleased to announce that it’s President and CEO, Tim McPherson has made the SIA list again this year.  From the SIA site:

Tim McPherson joined Hospitality Staffing Solutions as its new CEO in 2016 with more than 30 years of staffing industry experience. Under McPherson’s leadership, HSS has grown through organic expansion (12 new offices opened in 2018), new vertical market penetration (college/university, healthcare/senior living, banquets/events), and outsourced service offerings. The company reached its highest level of financial performance in its nearly 30 years of operation. Further, under McPherson’s leadership, HSS’s Net Promoter Score has nearly doubled, indicating the loyalty of its customer relationships. This is McPherson’s fourth appearance on SIA’s Staffing 100 list.

The SIA list acknowledges the leadership, talent and commitment that drive efficiencies, impact legislation and contribute to new models of work. It includes a wide range of roles, from CEOs, entrepreneurs and technologists to workforce specialists, legal advisors, data scientists and more, and covers different types of companies and niches — from more traditional staffing to human cloud platforms to MSP/VMS and RPO.
