BRANCH MANAGER

to assure all operations are coordinated to exceed expectations. This position requires an exceptional service personality with a “hands on” approach. The successful candidate must be willing to work flexible hours.

ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR

responsible to staff open positions, maintaining the client relationship by providing excellent customer service, as well as employee onboarding and resolving staff issues.

RECRUITER

responsibilities of this job are placing job ads in various online channels, evaluating applications, and providing shortlists of qualified candidates based on established criteria. Ultimately, you will help to hire high-quality candidates.

EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER

supervises and coordinates activities of room attendant, house attendant, public area cleaners and floor supervisors. This role assists in the managing and directing of the day–to–day operations of all Housekeeping.

STAFFING COORDIMNATOR

is responsible for recruiting Talent employees. It requires the ability to work with clients to identify the best talent to assist them with their openings and ensure that employees are processed and receive their weekly pay.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

The Administrative Assistant provides clerical and office customer service support at an HSS office. Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors. This position plays an integral role in the growth of the business.

TASK FORCE MANAGER

This role is responsible to help with the daily operational, client support, leadership role and support, financial reviews and projections of each account and training/development of our account leaders.

PAYROLL SPECIALIST

responsible for processing payroll and maintaining the employee database regarding salary and pay, including managing the company budget and expense as well as cooperating with different departments.

SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN
