Cathy has nearly 25 years of experience in customer service and hospitality industry. She has spent nearly eight years with Hospitality Staffing Solutions (HSS), where she has grown from Account Supervisor to Senior Account Supervisor, Branch Manager, and now Area Manager.

Today, Cathy oversees HSS operations in Birmingham, Alabama; Atlanta and Savannah, Georgia; and Charleston, South Carolina. She enjoys building relationships, supporting her teams, and helping clients find the right people to meet their hospitality staffing needs. She takes pride in the relationships she has built throughout her career and the opportunity to make a positive impact on both clients and employees.

Outside of work, Cathy loves spending time with her family and being at the soccer fields cheering on her daughters. She also loves the beach and considers it her favorite place to relax, recharge, and make memories with her family.
