Ready for more jobs?

HSS/FoodStaff will begin sending job notifications through our App, HSSOndemand. Over the next few days, you’ll begin seeing notifications come to your phone through the app and/or a text message. You’ll then see a brief offer of a job opportunity.

First things first: Let’s make sure everything’s in order!

If you have already downloaded the app, please log out of the app first.

You can do this by clicking on the ‘More’ button at the bottom left of the app. Then, hit the ‘Sign Out’ button. You’ll be automatically logged back into the app when you click on a text notification about a job.”

STEP 1: Click the link & Download the APP

You’ll get a job alert as a text message. Click on the link for that job and you’ll be directed to download the app.

Whether or not you are interested in the job position, this action is important because it will ensure that you get the notifications on your phone correctly, every time a job is available.

STEP 2: Allow Push notifications

Once you download the app, you’ll be asked to allow the app to push notifications to your phone...

Accepting this will allow us to send you job and calendar updates which is extremely important. In short, please allow phone notifications.

STEP 3: Review and select a job in the APP

Once you're in, you can review basic information such as the pay for jobs, job descriptions and locations.

If you would like to work the shift offered, press the accept button and you will be assigned to the job automatically. It’s that easy!

On the day of the job: CHECK IN!

Click ‘Check In’ on the app when you get to your job. You can also use the app to sign/check out. If for some reason you can’t sign in or if you have any problems please contact your branch immediately.

We are using this app to give you more opportunities, as we are trying to send our employees jobs in other areas outside of hotels and resorts.
